If you have not received your welcome email, try the following solutions:
Check junk or bulk email folders Search your junk or bulk email folders for the email from IREC. The user name will be "IREC Licensing", and the email address is "licensing@irec.idaho.gov
Turn off SPAM blockers If you are using anti spam software that employs auto-response or challenge methods to block unwanted email, this may prevent you from receiving emails from IREC. Our email system does not work with these methods of blocking spam. Temporarily disable the software and wait for our email to arrive.
Add us to your address book This will allow delivery of emails from IREC. Our email address is licensing@irec.idaho.gov or add our domain which is irec.idaho.gov
Check your email security settings A High security setting in your email properties may block mail from IREC. Adjust your setting to Medium or Medium-High.
Wait for the email to arrive Most email delays are resolved within 24 hours.
Check with your mail administrator If you have not received the email, your mail administrator may need to add licensing@irec.idaho.gov to a whitelist.
