HOT TOPIC – Online Renewals! IREC is thrilled to report that a whopping 94% of licensees who renewed last month did so ONLINE. This is good news -- using the IREC online services helps our office run more efficiently to get the most out of your license fee dollars. Thank you so much – keep up the good work!
Did you know? The Real Estate Commission appreciates everyone who renewed E&O insurance on time this year. We had a dramatically reduced number of late renewals from previous years, and the process went much more smoothly than it has in the past. A big serving of gratitude goes to our local REALTOR® associations and MLS’s, who helped us send reminders to their members about the E&O renewal date.
