Pop-ups
must be allowed

and Yahoo toolbars should be disabled

Renewing
Online
Be
sure to enable pop-ups before you start the process – otherwise,
your renewal won’t go through.
Also,
it is a false statement to say you have completed your CE if it
isn’t actually done (even if you have time to finish it by the end
of your renewal period).

1, 2008 Law Changes
Prelicense
courses completed on or before June 30, 2008 will be accepted for
five (5) years; prelicense courses completed on or after July 1,
2008 will be accepted for three (3)
years.
Agency
law is clarified – “sold” prices of property are not considered
“confidential client information”.
New
“Blue Brochure”
The
blue agency disclosure brochure has been revised, effective July 1,
2008. The new form will
be available on the IAR online forms as well as the IREC website,
and IREC will also have a supply of the printed forms available for
purchase.
New
and Improved Online Services Now
Available!
Check
out IREC’s new online services – effective
April 24, 2008, you need to register a new IREC user name and
password to renew online.
All registered licensees can change addresses, print
licenses, and view education records, license histories, and E&O
insurance status.
Designated brokers can also add and remove associates and
view the CE and E&O status of licensees in their
offices.
