The IREC website at www.IREC.idaho.gov contains archives of the Broker Bulletin letters and E-News e-mails, as well as the Real Estatement newsletters. The IREC Guidelines – interpretations of various license laws adopted by the Commissioners – are also available online.

NEW Online BCOO Course – The Commission has contracted for development of an online version of the new BCOO course. It will be fully certified and available through many Idaho providers by July 1st. However, we need a few licensees to test the online course before it is launched for everyone. If you are interested in helping IREC pilot the new online BCOO course, visit www.cbtrealestate.com to participate. The cost is $39.00, and you can receive 4 hours of elective or prelicense credit for taking the new BCOO course through the pilot program. Did you know? The Commission holds at least 2 of its regular meetings each year in other locations throughout the state. Last week, the April meeting was held at the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® in Idaho Falls. We had a wonderful turn-out of approximately 70 licensees, who received 4 hours of CE credit for their attendance. If you ever want to know what happens at a Commission meeting, the next one outside the Boise area is set for October in Coeur d’Alene, in conjunction with the Idaho Association of REALTORS® annual convention. |
