All licensees can renew licenses online; check their own education, E&O insurance, and license history; and make address changes. Designated brokers can also add or remove associates, change company addresses, and review the education and E&O information for their own licensees. New license applicants may also register to view fingerprint and license application status. We are excited we have been able to incorporate additional functions and make our online services more user friendly.

Effective April 24, 2008, the Real Estate Commission is launching a complete revamping of its online services. Licensees must register a NEW user name and password to use the new IREC online services.

User names and passwords registered through Access Idaho will no longer work.
User name and password assistance, as well as other online service matters, will be handled in-house by the Real Estate Commission.
