License Exam Information
Idaho Real Estate Commission contracts with Pearson VUE (formerly Promissor, Inc.) to administer the license Idaho real estate exams. If you qualify for a waiver of the national portion of the exam because you are already licensed in another state, submit the request for waiver and/or contact the Real Estate Commission for more information.

Before registering with Pearson Vue, students should have the following information:
- Legal name, address, Social Security number, daytime phone number, date of birth, the name of the examination(s,) the preferred examination date, and test center location
- A failing score report (if retaking the exam)
